How To Store A Phone Number In The Razr Maxx Ve

Storing a phone number in the Razr Maxx Ve can be accomplished in several different ways. Here is the easiest way to store a number and save a contact:
- Open the Razr Maxx Ve to the home screen. (Open the phone and leave it on the first screen that comes up.)
- Type in the number you would like to save.
- Press the left soft key, which is the upper-left key on the key pad.
- Highlight ‘Create New’ and the you will press ‘Ok’.
- Choose the type of number you are trying to save. This really doesn’t matter unless the person whose number you’re saving has more than one number. If it’s the person’s mobile phone, you will select mobile, etc.
- Enter the person’ name into the phone by typing the name using the keypad.
- Press ‘Save’ to store the number.
You can now access the stored numbers by going to ‘Menu’ and then contacts.

The Razr Maxx Ve uses a Lithium-Ion battery. You can significantly improve the life of the model’s battery by keeping the following things in mind:
- Always use Motorola chargers. Using an after-market charger will almost always damage the ability of your battery. Chargers that are made by other manufacturers will often have a slight voltage difference and charge rate.
- Charge the battery at room temperature. Charging the battery of the Razr Maxx outside will make the phone too hot and will result in battery damage.
- Never leave your Razr Maxx Ve in the sun, and never leave it in your vehicle. The heat will trash your battery in no time.
