Verizon Gleam Phone Unleashed
October 8, 2007
The Verizon Gleam phone is actually made by Samsung, and is officially called the Samsung Gleam SCH-U700. The coolest part about the Verizon Gleam is the super shiny finish, on a phone that has a pretty impressive spec sheet.
As of today, Verizon is offering the Gleam phone for about $150 on a 2-year contract, and is offering about $50 in rebates. Although the model is one of the more expensive non-PDAs, it should sell quite well. It’s definitely one of Verizon’s coolest, in actuality Verizon is known for releasing handsets that are less desirable than their competitors.
Verizon Gleam Phone Basic Features Specs

We suspect that people will buy the Verizon Gleam phone because of how cool it looks, not because of its features and specs. Who cares? If you don’t have looks, what do you have? ![]()
