You’r all idiots if you think cell phones changes your way of driving. When you are talking to someone with your cell phone, it’s just like if you were talking to the person beside you. Now the real question is, will drivers be allowed to drive with someone else in the car???

If you can’t drive using the proper equipment and use a cell phone, then you must go back to your horse and carriage days and don’t forget to feed your mules too.

People die everyday, and not just because driving and talking on the cell phone. Get real!
I pay attention better than most because I am driving and talking on my cell phone with my blue tooth device.
Cars get broken up when you hit pot holes in the street, come on, get real dude. Use some real facts ok!!

I think driving while talking on cell phone is the dumbest thing to do. Im 17 and I drive a stick shift-and im quite good at driving..i dont rub my gears, jam them what ever u want to say. I had to get directions once while trying to talk on the phone was impossible for me..i simply had to pull over and talk to get directions…i had less concentration on the road..there is no reason why ppl cant pull over!…i simply did it… there are no pros to talking while talking on a cell phone,…there is a huge differnce tho to talking to a passenger…HUGe differnce…

Also looking for pros and cons for an argumentative essay for my college English class. This topic was assigned and when writing an argumentative essay u are to show the opposition’s strongest point of view and then refute it…this website was not helpful, but it was kinda funny and I needed a little break from all the seriousness of studying for finals…so really, ppl, u don’t have to take it all so seriously. Take a deep breath and relax!

If anyone thinks talking on a cell phone while driving is bad, what about smoking??? Its the same if not worse than a cell phone. You have to light it and then balance a burning object in your hand while driving. So which is worse??

  16. rina16 on October 20th, 2009 10:07 am

Okay. I had a English assignment for school, and I needed to find some pros and cons of talking and driving! So ur the idiot you dummy! Beleive it or not there are some pros too u stupid cock sucker!! This website was absolutely NO HELP AT ALL. And it was dumb too, it need to be deleted!

  17. kennedi on November 13th, 2009 6:17 am

Hey now do you really need to call someone that just because they think that there are pros of having or talking to a cell phone while you are driving? There is at least one pro of having or talking on a cell phone while you are driving. Lets say that there is a car crash and your talking to your cell phone and you pass the crash you can report it. But yes i do agree that there is cons to and i understand where you are coming from. You dont have to be so mean about it. Also you cannot tell others to grow up when you yourself haven’t grown up yet either.

  18. sandra on November 29th, 2009 8:57 pm

you idiot, why the hell would you say that someone is stupid for just looking pros for talking on a cell phone while driving up, i am doing this for a school assignment and instead of finding what i am looking for i find some douche calling me names. This site did absolutely nothing for me, or the paper i need to write.

  25. Becky on April 29th, 2010 8:53 am

Liz I totally agree with you! I have to find pros for a college assignment also! and this website was definately no help!!!

  26. nora on November 16th, 2010 5:37 am

You know the older I get the more I realize that most people have nothing to say about anything. Aren’t people supposed to be born with a little common sense? Talking on a cell phone and a passenger in your car is the same thing? Please tell me you’re kidding. I’ve never had to dial a passenger nor pick them up to my ear!! People who talk on cell phones aren’t idiots, they’re just ignorant! No, not ignorant. Stupid! Ignorant is not knowing. Stupid is knowing and not caring.

  27. keke on December 2nd, 2010 10:44 am

i think it’s ok as long as youe’er careful

  28. Theresa on December 21st, 2010 11:03 am

it is absolutely NOT the same as talking to a passenger in the car. A passenger is also watching the road as it is in their own best interest that you the driver is driving safely. The person on the phone can’t help you - will only hear the sound of your vehicle crashing.

NO, it is not safe to talk and drive while using a cell phone. Be responsible and choose to save other’s lives if not your own!

  29. nora on January 9th, 2011 9:54 am

First of all Keke, it’s you’re and second of all that is a stupid remark. This website is about the pros and cons of cell phones while driving. There are many dead cell phone drivers. They never set out to not be careful while texting or talking while they were driving. They died because they were irresponsible and stupid. What is really sad is the innocent ones they killed. It’s really a shame that people don’t learn from other’s mistakes. I guess death just happens to other people. Right?

  30. ashley on March 21st, 2011 5:15 pm

    stupid!

  31. kristine on May 3rd, 2011 6:05 pm

I completely agree with this. more than once, ive nearly been run over by someone talking on thier cellphone while driving. its not like i was running out in the street like an idiot. i understand if there’s an emergency, and you need your phone. i almost always have mine with me, but its not worth putting someone else’s life in danger. what’s needed is common sense people! use a bluetooth, or at least, pay attention to other people out on the road. stay safe, for everyone’s sake.

  32. Eleanor Envy on May 20th, 2011 7:40 am

Well, my only thought is on your statement at the beginning. Some students may look this up for a debate, such as I and several other people in my class. So Smacking us for trying to get a good grade, THANKS. And My next thought is on this; You didn’t even give any pro’s. There could be some if you did your research correctly. Meaning, yes, it WILL more then LIKELY get you in an accident, and get fined, and all that fun stuff. BUT. Hand free devices are being created to STOP this kind of thing, not to mention there is the fact that now there are cars in which you can program your phone and answer the phone from your radio. Not that these are Pro’s, but, there is the small fact that, what if you get lost and have no where to pull over? You may need to use your phone while driving.
I believe I have stated my point. No matter how repetitive.

  33. max on November 1st, 2011 8:28 am

this website is fucking stupid as fuck. fuck whoever made this

  34. gagg on November 10th, 2011 12:09 pm

There is nothing that inmportant to look at on your ohone and if you do u can take 2 minutes and pull over instead of risking your life.

Got something to say?
