In Dec my house burnt completly to the ground me and my little brother where home at the time so i didn't have anything like me charger but my brother had me phone so the next day my parents went to verison to get chargers and my phone kept flashing a white screen and would close my text or call so i told them and they gave me a referbished one. Well that night we were in a hotel and my phone fell out of my pocket on to the bed and the screen went black and wouldn't turn on so i went back into the store and they gave me a new red krzr well about a month ago my charger stopped working so i went in and got a new one but now my phone is going crazy again. I will charge it all night and it will be fully charged but when i take it out of the charger i can send about 12 texts before it will complely run out of battery and shut off i know this is not right so what do i do?
