      I INSTALLED THE DRIVER, READ THE PHONE WELL AND ACTUALLY STARTED TO CHARGE IT, BUT WOULD NOT SYNC. I INSTALLED THE PATCH. NOW IT WON’T READ THE PHONE AT ALL. ANY IDEA WHATS GOING ON? USE TO BEEP WHEN I PLUGGED THE PHONE IN, NOW NOTHING.

      When I downloaded the patch I tried installing it and this popped up“the folder path ‘program files’ contains an invalid character”. how do I correct this problem?

      I tried this driver with my KRZR K1 (gsm version) with Windows XP
      Sorta works
      I can access the phone from computer

      HOWEVER, and its a BIG HOWEVER, windows catches this with “THIS COMPUTER HAS RECOVERED FROM A SERIOUS ERROR” message, which gives you the option of sending a report to buddy bill in bellevue

      If you click CLOSE or SEND (does matter), the same error message pops up again in a few seconds.

      I was able to uninstall the driver, and now think I am okay.

      hey, thanks for all the drivers and instuctions, but in the very last step of downloading the driver for my krzr, the download stops and says that it cannot complete because itis missing something. got any advice? this is the message i keep getting: There is a problem with the windos installer package. Aprogram required for this install could not be run. Contact your support personnel or vendor. Thanks in advance for your help! Crystal

      I have tried following all the advice and instructions but im still having issues. After trying to update my Windows Media Player I was told my copy of Windows is not genuine and although the driver did install nothing is coming up…once the driver is installed what should be happening and is there any way to get music to my phone without Windows Media Player? Please help I have had this phone for weeks and still can’t get music on it! Thanks.

      I am using Windows Vista and every time I try to instal the driver it tells me that I am lacking software to install it with or something like that. I used the patch and tried again and re-downloaded both patch and driver and it still didn’t work..

      Help?

      hi guys not sure if u can help, i have a kr1 a little old and battered so i bought a another pre-owned in better condition. I go to my pc and any other pc with my old phone and i can access my files fine and its visable in my computer.

      However when i swap the memory card to the new phone, it charges, shows usb connection on phone but does not show up on my pc or any other pc. I downloaded the driver plus the patch from this site but no joy.
      Any ideas??

      Just bought a another better condition k1 my old one works in my pc and any other pc, but when i swap out the memory card it does ont show in the new phone, i downloaded the driver plus the patch from this site but still no joy, not showing up in my computer. Any IDEAS??
