Motorola StarTac 3
July 5, 2007
Motorola has announced the release of the StartacIII, which is a throw-back design that reinvents their first smash hit. The Startac was the model that put Motorola on the map. The model has a scratch resistant, black outer shell. The model looks very much like the original Startac, but has been improved to be a lot more sleek and modern.
The Startac3 has 3 signal lights on the outside, that allow users to see if they have missed calls or text messages. The model also sports a nice mP3 player and a high definition TFT QVGA screen that is fairly large at 2.0″.
For now, the model will be released in Seoul, and will only be available in Korea. We will keep you updated as their is more available information.

I LIKED THE OLD STAR TAC PHONE ( TRULY A MANLY PHONE) IF IT IS RELEASED HERE IN NORTH AMERICA I WOULD BE INTERESTED IN ONE. WIL IT SUPPORT MP3 AND OTHER SUCH OPTIONS LIKE NEW PHONES? WHAT ABOUT THE SPEAKER PHONE AND SIGNAL STRENGH? I HAVE OTHER NEWER CELL PHONES WITH PISS POOR SIGNAL STRENGTH. ALWAYS DROPED CALLS.
