How To Connect The Razr2 V9m To A Computer

The Razr2 V9m comes equipped with a micro-USB port that can be used to connect the model to a computer. Don’t confuse this with the mini-USB that was used in many of Motorola’s popular models. The micro-USB is smaller. You won’t be able to even plug the micro cable into the mini port.

Anyway, here’s how you can get started connecting your Razr 2 v9m to your computer:

  • Download the Razr 2 V9m driver
  • Attach the v9m to your computer using a micro-USB cable.
  • Extract the driver.
  • Run the driver installation program.
  • Restart phone and computer.

You will actually use Windows Media Player to access the phone and transfer files to and from it. Watch for additional lessons once we actually get our hand on the model so we can make the connection and actually do the file transfer.

      I installed off a cd that came with the phone, and it says I have a later driver, but it won’t work!
