Taking Care Of The Razr2 Z9m Battery

Razr2 Z9mThe Motorola Razr2 z9m ships equipped with a 770 mAH, lithium-ion battery that should do a good job of sustaining the talk and stand-by times of the handset.

Motorola has stated that the talk time of the model should be up to 215 minutes, depending on your service and some other factors. The stand-by time of the model is up to 315 hours.

There are a lot of things that can damage your Razr2 z9m’s battery, resulting in less capacity to store energy. Here are some things you will want to do to prolong your battery’s life:

  • Charge your battery at room temperature.
  • Never expose your battery to temperatures below freezing or above 100 degress F. This means don’t leave your phone in your car unattended as temperatures in vehicles can be extreme.
  • Use only Motorola made charging devices. After market devices often don’t have the exact voltage and current to charge the battery properly.
  • Don’t use a car charger, especially an after market car charger.
