Taking Care Of The Motorola Razr Maxx Ve Battery

August 19, 2007

The battery life of a mobile phone will always depend of several factors including:

  • Network
  • Signal Strength
  • Outside Temperature
  • Usage
  • Feature Use
  • Accessories

The Razr Maxx Ve uses a Lithium-Ion battery. You can significantly improve the life of the model’s battery by keeping the following things in mind:

  • Always use Motorola chargers. Using an after-market charger will almost always damage the ability of your battery. Chargers that are made by other manufacturers will often have a slight voltage difference and charge rate.
  • Charge the battery at room temperature. Charging the battery of the Razr Maxx outside will make the phone too hot and will result in battery damage.
  • Never leave your Razr Maxx Ve in the sun, and never leave it in your vehicle. The heat will trash your battery in no time.
