How To Get A $500 Cell Phone Bill

Back when I worked at RadioShack, at least twice per month someone would come in complaining about their $500 cell phone bill. Each time they were furious with the company they had service with. It didn’t matter if it was Verizon Wireless, AT&T, or Sprint - people would run their bills up with all three and get madder than the devil.

The easiest way to get a $500 phone bill is to not keep track of how many minutes you have. If you go over by even 100 minutes, you can plan on having an extra $45 tacked on to the end of your bill. Since people have no idea that it’s so expensive to go over, they don’ worry until the bill comes in the mail. Do yourself a favor and quit being a slacker. Find out how many minutes you have and upgrade if necessary.
