How To Save A Number Or Add A Contact - Samsung SCH-a990

To save a number or contact to the Samsung SCH-a990 there are several different methods. Both of them are pretty easy, so we would recommend just getting used to one way or the other.

Menu Method

  • Press the ‘Menu’ key on your keypad.
  • Press ‘new contact’.
  • Enter a name for the contact by using the keypad.
  • Select the appropriate number type. (Mobile, Home, Work, etc.)
  • Press ‘Ok’.

Quick Method

  • Type the number while on the home screen.
  • Press ‘Save’. (It should be the top-left key.)
  • Select the number type.
  • Enter the name using the keypad.
  • Press ‘Ok’.
